Coaching Courses ALL Team Officials [Coaches, Trainers, Managers] must have a minimum of Speak Out or Respect in Sport certification in addition to all other certifications appropriate to their position. All participants must be a minimum of 16 years of age to attend a Speak Out! clinic.
